All Other Fees:

  1. Rentify will collect and retain any and all tenant late fee's. All fees are disclosed. 

  2. If you are a new client that needs renovations or repairs prior to tenant placement, we will have a supervision fee which will depend on the amount of work your property will need.

Special Notes:

  1. Periodic Inspections: are limited up to twice a year.

  2. Eviction Protection: If an eviction is needed, Rentify will cover up to $500 in eviction fees for the Standard Plan and up to $5,000 for the Premium+ Plan. Eviction company is TBD by Rentify.
